Denim is always a must have and I am sure everyone has a pair or twenty =] But when talking about denim for this fashion trend, I am talking EVERYTHING denim! Denim is so much fun to work with, sometimes a challenge too. Do you wear the same tone jacket with your jeans? Can you wear a denim blouse with denim jeans? A personal trend fave is definitely mixing light denim with dark denim. Polka Dots are the perfect print for summer! They are so much fun and you can make them classy or super funky, polka dots are just awesome like that. You may have been seeing this bird silhouette print around and been wondering what it is, or maybe you already know. But for those who don’t…It’s one of prints created by the high end brand, Miu Miu, for their spring 2010 line. We have been seeing this print in almost every fashion magazine right now from Teen Vogue, Paper Planes Magazine, to even Vogue Australia. Check out the pic below of a few editorial shots of the Miu Miu swallow print. So after being inspired by this print, we found a few accessories with a similar swallow print just for you guys! Trend – Bows

Bows have always been a cute accessory to throw in your hair, but now bows are cool in prints, jewelry, accents, shoes and whatever else you can think of! Bows are a great addition if you are wanting to “girlie” up your outfit/look. All different types of people are rockin’ the bow trend like rocker Hayley Williams from Paramore, the very feminine Taylor Swift, to even vampire chick Anna Paquin. There’s no doubt that floral is a huge trend right now, but lets get a little more specific! Rose print is such an awesome floral choice, and definitely a classic. You’ve seen rose print a lot with big name fashion designers like Betsey Johnson and Anna Sui.
There are so many ways you can rock the rose print look. You can take the Betsey Johnson example (picture above with green border) and layer on some fun and funky accessories and create a look of your own and stand out! Another idea is to keep it simple and feminine like Paris Hilton in the Anna Sui dress (picture above with orange border). Not into those looks? Well trust me, there are many other ways you can mix in the rose print to match your own personal style. The hot weather is back! Which means it’s time to shop for a much cooler summer friendly wardrobe. Denim cutoffs are a great way to stay cool during Southern California’s super hot summers. Not only do they keep you cool, but they make you look pretty darn cool too =] You can rock this trend in many different ways like keeping it simple with a tank or tee or making a statement with throwing some tights on underneath! Trend – Floral Frenzy

One of our favorite trends for this season has to be floral! We are stocking up on this super cute trend just for you guys! Floral is great because you can wear it to be girly or you can pair it with certain items to change the whole tone. Check out the picture below of Demi Lovato rocking a super feminine floral print dress, but she paired it with some 80’s color sunglasses, black leather jacket, and black leather accessories and made the super feminine look much more rocker chic. Another idea you can try out is pairing a floral skirt with a striped top! Experiment with the look and try adding one of our many colors of cardigans to pull it all together.

Not quite sure what a romper is? I’m sure you’ve seen them around, just not sure what they were called! Rompers are a one piece short/shirt combo. They are super comfortable and perfect for this sunny California weather!
