Q: Are there any fees associated with the Sidecca eGift Card?
A: No, we only charge for the face value of the Sidecca eGift Card. Also, there is no shipping charge, as we email the Sidecca eGift Card (either to you or your designated recipient).
Q: After I have purchased the Sidecca eGift Card, can I change the value?
A: Unfortunately you cannot change it. However, you can always purchase another Sidecca eGift Card! All Sidecca eGift Cards are final sales.
Q: Can I cancel the purchase of a Sidecca eGift Card?
A: Unfortunately you cannot cancel the Sidecca eGift Card.
Q: When is my credit card charged for my purchase of a Sidecca eGift Card?
A: Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as Sidecca Inc.
Q: Can I buy a Sidecca eGift Card for myself?
A: Yes. In the "Recipient Email" field, enter your own email address, and enter your own name as the recipient name. Proceed with the transaction normally. You will receive your Sidecca eGift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve and redeem your Sidecca eGift Card. more
Q: How do I print a Sidecca eGift Card to present to someone as a gift?
A: Personalize the Sidecca eGift Card for your recipient (enter your recipient's name on the gift card preview), send it to yourself (enter your own email address in the “Recipient Email" field). Q: Can I send two (or more) Sidecca eGift Cards to two (or more) different people who share an email address?

Q: What happens if I use a Sidecca eGift Card but an item on my order is sold out?
A: Generally, if we do not have your item in stock, you will not be able to proceed to checkout, and no money will be removed from the Sidecca eGift Card.
