It typically takes us 5 days to process your credit once we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Once we have processed the return, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits. If you paid for your purchase with a Sidecca eGift card, a new eGift card will be emailed to you in the amount of the merchandise returned.
