Q: Can I place an order if I am not a registered user?
A:  Yes, you do not need to be a registered user in order to place an order. However, if there is a problem with your order, being a registered user allows us to contact you. Q: What do I get when I am a registered user?
A:  You will be able to store your billing address, multiple shipping addresses, and check your order status at any time.

Q: Can I order by telephone?
A:  No, we are not able to take phone orders.

Q: Is your site secure?

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A:  We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, Sidecca eGift cards, PayPal and ATM/Debit Cards with a VISA or Master Card logo. We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, mall gift certificates, COD or cash.  more

Q: Can I change my order after I have totaled my sale?
A:  Yes, you can make changes, add or delete items before you finalize your sale, but only before you click the “Place Order” button.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A:  Your card is only authorized when you place an order. We will charge your credit card after the order has shipped and is on its way to you.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
A:  Sales tax is not included in the price of the products. We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the state ofCalifornia. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.  more

Q: Can I backorder an item that is currently unavailable?
A:  We do not backorder items. However, some items just keep selling, so if we sell out, we will bring them in again and keep offering them!
