Q: How do I pay with PayPal?
A: At checkout, select PayPal as your payment option. This will take you off of Sidecca.com and onto the PayPal site, but you return to Sidecca.com after you have completed the PayPal process.
Q: Can I split the payment for my order between PayPal and another form of payment?
A: No. If you use PayPal, you are not able to use any other form of payment on that order.
Q: How do I return or exchange something if I have paid with PayPal?
A: We will process your return normally and credit your PayPal account.
Q: If I use PayPal, can I still have my order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
A: Yes. Your order can be shipped to a different address. If you choose to use PayPal Express, your billing address will be imported automatically.
Q: Why is my PayPal payment not going through?
A: For security reasons, when paying with PayPal, we accept payments only from accounts that have been verified. Make sure that you are paying from a verified PayPal account.
Q: Do I need a Sidecca.com account to use PayPal?
A: No, you can use PayPal as a payment option without having an account. The advantage to having a Sidecca account is that you are able to store your billing address, multiple shipping addresses, check your order status, and create a wish list. Q: Can I use PayPal at my local Sidecca store?
A: No. PayPal is only available for Sidecca.com purchases.
Q: If I've paid for a Sidecca.com purchase with PayPal and need to return the item, can I get a refund at my local Sidecca store?
A: No, we can only exchange items at a Sidecca store; we cannot accept any returns for money at a Sidecca store.
Q: Can I pay with PayPal over the phone?
A: No, we are not able to take phone orders.
Q: Once I have submitted my PayPal order, can I add to my order?
A: No, once you submit the order to PayPal, no changes can be made. You can place another order if you wish to purchase more items.
