Q: How do I return merchandise that I purchased online at Sidecca.com?

Q: What shipping method should I use for my return/exchange?
A:  You may choose any shipping method you like. We recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.

Q: Who pays for my return shipping cost?
A:  You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A:  Sidecca will gladly replace any damaged or incorrect items shipped at no shipping cost. Once we receive the damaged or incorrect items back at our facility, we will credit you the return shipping charges. Please send back standard USPS mail. Q: Do I have to pay shipping again for an exchange on an incorrect item?
A:  No. Sidecca will pay standard shipping charges for exchanges.

Q: Can I return my online Sidecca.com purchase to a Sidecca store for money back?
A:  No, our stores are unable to accept your return for money back if you paid online; however all merchandise (except clearance merchandise) that is purchased online at Sidecca.com is exchangeable at any Sidecca store.

Q: Can I exchange my online Sidecca.com purchase at a Sidecca store without a copy of my receipt?
A:  No. In order to ensure proper credit, Sidecca stores must have a copy of your original invoice/receipt to process your exchange.
