Sidecca processes and ships orders Monday through Friday; orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. Shipping Rates:
FOR A LIMITED TIME, SIDECCA IS OFFERING FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER OVER $50 BEFORE SHIPPING FEES WOULD BE APPLIED.  A $4.95 extra fee still applies to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Standard Delivery Standard delivery will usually deliver your order within 5-8 days but could take up to 10 days because of Holidays or other issues. Q: Do I have to sign for my package?
A:  No, you do not have to sign for your package.

Q: What happens if a product is cancelled on my order?
A:  We make every effort to make sure that you get what you order. If for some reason an item that you order is not available, you will not be charged. We only charge your card for merchandise that has been shipped. We do not backorder items, but we will send you an email when the item becomes available... more

Q: How do I know if my order went through?
A:  Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Or you can log onto your account to check your order status. If you do not receive an email confirmation, click on our  Contact Us  link for assistance.  more

Q: Can I change my order after I've clicked the "Place Order" button?
A:  If you have already clicked “submit” and you would like to make a change to your order, call Customer Help immediately at 818-886-7011. If your order has not been processed, we will try our best to modify it for you.  more

Q: What happens if I do not receive an email confirming that my order was shipped?
