Store Manager

Sidecca seeks motivated individuals for Full-Time Store Manager (We are also hiring Part time/Full-Time Assistant Manager Positions).

• Must be absolutely passionate about sales and customer service and motivating sales staff.

• Applicant must have retail management experience and should have a flexible schedule.

• Must be energetic and innovative and highly organized - able to accomplish varied projects and tasks.

• The ideal candidate should love fashion and want to know more about what is hot in the marketplace.

• The job requires that you possess outstanding communication skills, time management skills, and people management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Coaching, managing and motivating a team of sales associates.

2. Completing sales goals paperwork on a daily basis.
3. Meeting/exceeding company sales goals for you and your staff.
4. Ensuring that customer service is kept at a premium level.
5. Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the store.
6. Creating and maintaining the visual merchandising of the displays and windows.
7. Being proactive and always a step ahead of what’s going on.
8. Solve store level problems and keep the stores running smoothly every day.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to manage people, maintaining integrity and trust.
• 3-5 years experience as Head of Store.
• Ability to work a flexible, changing work schedule; regularly working weekend days a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong excel and administrative skills, accuracy in all assigned paperwork.
• Strong visual merchandising abilities.
• College degree preferred.
• Assertive, energetic and results driven.
• Demonstrate the desire to move up within the organization, seize opportunities for professional development, and commitment to future growth.
• Ability to work as a team in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
